Shipping Origins and Stock Availability

We primarily ship from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. However, we also utilize warehouses located in the US, Asia, and Europe to ensure stock availability and timely delivery. This geographical flexibility allows us to offer free and fast delivery on all orders.

Processing and Delivery Times

Our current processing time is 1-3 business days. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination. Here are the estimated delivery periods:

  Standard: 7-13 business days (Canada Post, Purolator, Yun Express, Cainiao, USPS)
• Europe, Australia, New Zealand:
  Express: 2-7 business days (DHL, UPS, Canada Post, Yun Express, Australia Post)
  Standard: 8-14 business days (Canada Post, Cainiao, Yun Express)
• Other International Destinations:

Order Cancellations

We accept cancellations on orders placed within 24 hours. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service through instant message or email at info@bennysbeautyworld.ca.

Important Notes

If your order fails to arrive within 3 weeks of the estimated delivery period, please inform us so that we can assist you. First, verify that the shipping confirmation displays the correct address. If the address is correct, contact us at info@bennysbeautyworld.ca with your order number, and we will gladly help out. Our availability hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm MST.
